I've had this tipper about five months now, and I am very pleased with it. It is very well made, and the snakewood pattern is an eye-catcher. It is by far the lightest tipper I have in my inventory, which, as I have learned, can be both good and not so good. Because it is so light, it is comfortable to use and doesn't wear one's arm out the way a protracted session with a heavier tipper can. You can also generate some pretty remarkable hand speed with it. However, it doesn't have as much 'punch' as a heavier tipper, which is fine for the way I play, but might be a drawback for someone needing more volume. I find myself reaching for this tipper most of the time when I play, and I look forward to adding some other Hedwitschak tippers to my arsenal in the future. (Posted on 5/20/11)

I just got the SW3 tipper and I really like it. It is nice and light (kind of like a heavy pencil) and is perfectly balance for my type of playing. The only complaint would be that is is a bit pricey for something this small, but other than that, I have a favorite tipper now. (Posted on 5/15/09)
