We use the United States Postal Service for its range of shipping services. USPS is economical, fast and less likely to damage your shipment than other carriers.

Your personal information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information. Any newsletters from this site allow you to opt out of further mailings.

Returns & Replacements

To process a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges on non-defective and correctly shipped items. Credit will be issued upon receipt of item less original shipping costs.

If the item is defective or we mis-shipped your order, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return your order to us. We will also exchange the product and ship it out to you for free or refund you for the full amount of your order.

When returning anything, please leave a note inside the box explaining whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Items must be in "as new" condition with original packaging intact and all accessories included to be eligible for refund.

Non-defective and correctly shipped custom/special-orders, books (i.e. sheet music) and opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS, etc.) are not eligible for return.
